The aging body is never obsolete! Learn how to maintain strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility through Active Aging! With this program, persons over the age of 50 can begin or extend their fitness journey with tailored techniques.
What You'll Learn
With active aging, you'll engage with traditional exercises modified to suit your body's strengths and my guidance and assistance throughout. We'll also discuss aging with various conditions and how diet and exercise can be modified to suit.

General Fitness
A personal trainer is like your fitness companion! Allow me to assist you along your journey to your wellness goals using traditional workout methods and nutrition coaching.
What You'll Learn
At our sessions you can choose to work on weight maintenance, weight loss or weight gain. To reach your goals we'll use weight/resistance training, plyometrics, Pilates and Yoga.

At a Stress Resiliency Session, you'll experience active and passive guided relaxation techniques that can help you find your positive mindset. To do this, we'll use mental and physical training to build a healthy mind that complements your fitness and wellness routines.

Prenatal Yoga
Motherhood doesn't mean giving up a fitness routine. Prenatal Yoga offers a modified version of yoga that suitable for pregnant mothers. This is perfect for those who would like to stay fit and active during pregnancy, as prenatal yoga can be done to term!
What You'll Learn
At our prenatal yoga session, you'll experience gentle yoga that aids in strength, flexibility, and endurance, in addition to stress and anxiety reduction.
Expectant moms can stay fit too.
